12 week training program for deadlifts. This program is block periodised, going through 3 four-week blocks, and approaching a peak and taper on the 12th week. It can be used for off-season deadlift training or preparing for a meet. You will be deadlifting (and doing accessories!) two times per week, and can choose to either pull sumo or conventional.
Note - this program does not have squats or bench press. If you want to squat and bench press, you will need to combine this with another program. You will need Microsoft excel or another spreadsheet tool to run this program.
