Sisyphus Strength Powerlifting Daily LP
A free training program for people with less than 6 months of experience in the gym who are interested in powerlifting. Before starting this program, you should be proficient in squatting, benching, and deadlifting. If you’ve been lifting more than 6 months, or you’ve run another daily progression until failure (such as Starting Strength or Stronglifts 5x5), consider our Weekly Linear Progression instead (coming soon.)
This is a one week block that can be repeated for several months before graduating to a harder program. You will need MS Excel or Google Sheets to run this program effectively.
