$48 AUD/week

Must be a secondary or tertiary student to be eligible.

Online Coaching

$60 AUD/week

Pay weekly or monthly.

  • The basis of our coach-athlete communication is through weekly video-based check-ins, covering the week’s happenings. It’s strongly encouraged that you send your lifting videos and feedback each session to help facilitate that.

    In addition, you can expect day-to-day communication outside those check-ins, as needed.

  • Yes, of course! Nutrition is charged separately, but can be added onto powerlifting coaching, or done by itself.

  • You’ll be provided with a payment portal which supports all major credit cards. These payments are automated on a recurring basis.
