$32 AUD/week

  • Personalised recommendations for improving adherence and diet quality

  • No, we don’t use meal plans or prescribe specific foods. We’ll work collaboratively to come up with a menu that works for your goal.

  • The basis of our coach-athlete communication is through weekly video-based check-ins, covering the week’s happenings.

    In addition, you can expect day-to-day communication outside those check-ins, as needed.

  • Yes, of course! Nutrition Coaching can be done by itself, or combined with powerlifting coaching for best results.

  • You’ll be provided with a payment portal which supports all major credit cards. These payments are automated on a recurring basis.
