Sisyphus Strength Powerlifting Weekly LP

A free training program for people with between 6 and 18 months of experience in the gym who are interested in powerlifting. Before starting this program, you should be proficient in squatting, benching, and deadlifting and graduated from a daily LP such as Stronglifts 5x5 or the Sisyphus Strength Daily LP. If you’ve been lifting more than 18 months, or you’ve run another weekly progression until failure (such as Texas Method or Ivysaur 4-4-8), moving to an intermediate program instead.

This is a two week block that can be repeated for several months before graduating to a harder program. You will need MS Excel or Google Sheets to run this program effectively.
